Karuna Shah & Co. is a proprietorship firm and is headed by CA Karuna Shah, Proprietor, who is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The proprietor has been in professional practice since 2017 and is actively involved in the conduct and supervision of professional assignments undertaken by the firm.
In her professional capacity, CA Karuna Shah handles matters relating to accounting, audit, finalization of accounts, income tax compliance, goods and services tax (GST) compliance, and other statutory and regulatory compliances. Her role includes planning, review, and execution of assignments in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and professional standards.
